About Us

Sunday Assembly Atlanta is a secular community that celebrates this one life we know we have.

28% of the US is nonreligious, meaning they're not part of mainstream religion or enjoying the benefits of a close network of like-minded people. Our mission is to promote well-being for that huge part of the secular metro Atlanta community through connection with others, mutual support, encouragement to contribute to those in need, and inspiring, thought-provoking content.

We want Sunday Assembly Atlanta to be a house of love and compassion, where, no matter what your situation, you are welcomed, accepted and loved.

Our Motto

Live Better

We aim to provide inspiring, thought-provoking and practical ideas that help people live the lives they want to lead and be the people they want to be.

Help Often

Assemblies are communities of action: building lives of purpose and supporting each other by encouraging us all to help anyone who needs it.

Wonder More

Attend talks, sing together, listening to readings, and even play games - all of these helps us connect with each other and the awesome world we live in.
